Scholarships
The Lac La Biche Gas Coop accepts applications until the end of May of each year. If you are a member in good standing, then your child will qualify for the scholarship. This scholarship is available to graduating Grade 12 students going into post-secondary education, or to post-secondary students continuing their studies for an additional year.
All applications are compiled and summarized in a spreadsheet, indicating customer number (no names), grades, field of study and community involvement. The Board of Directors make their decision based on this information.
Scholarship qualifications:
Students that graduated, must provide a Statement of Grades.
Students that are returning to Post Secondary for another term, must provide a statement showing the GPA as of April of this year.
Recipients will be announced at the Annual General Meeting.
